And I've spent some time Wondering Why My eyes see things exactly as they do How about you? I'd bet that you've seen plenty, at least enough to get you here. Tell me your fears. Is it heights or spiders, The ocean, or just being alone in winters oh so cold? But spring is coming, Let's start running now Cause there are Better things for your mind to think and Better things for your teeth to sink in to And I hope you do And if you've ever Held something on your tongue You fight to keep it inside, this battle will be won It's not stopping, Let's start running now Cause there are better things for your mind to think and, Better things for teeth in to And I hope you Cause in the end we will all float on Until time erodes this all in to dust Until the only thing that's left is you and me And fuck everything else in the in-between

If I could only find the time To write these rhymes of right and wrong it wouldn't take to long to put myself back in my place wherever that may be And I wouldn't chase my dreams cause they would already be manifested in this four dimensional reality that I perceive through all of these primitive senses, and oh how I'm senseless and broken without logic or reason My attention spans the entire length this horizon and I am trying, whatever the fuck that means and I will be. I will see the plot holes in my own story, my history is oh so fragmented, my memories so hazy and relentless until that moment of clarity alters my perception of this charade game that we're all playing. I'm tired of actin but I'm not done living just yet, oh no. Why don't I let the voice in my head be heard, when it's screamin and screamin at me to return, to the place of my birth, my place of creation instead of consuming for the remainder of my duration, I need to breathe a moment before I degenerate with the rest of this gifted and curse generation. I'm tired of actin, but I'm not done living just yet, oh no. I don't know where I am, or where I wanna be and I'm passing time as the confusion passes through me, oh pass it through me. I know down to the core of my I, that the here and now is where 'I' needs to be.

Some Things 06:18
There are times to stay and times to flee Times to rise and times to be Nothing more than what you are Shedding fears, and hopes and scars and I've been down this old road a thousand times, As it leads me home and I follow the broken lines right back to you I am these hills, I am these words I am these thrills, I am these curves I am these thrills, I am these words Some things just come easy and some things are hard to see You can't live a life without meaning if you take the time to feel your heart playing its beat And Some things just come easy and some things are hard to see You won't live a life without meaning if you take the time to feel the earth beneath your feet If I had the time that I used to have, I wouldn't waste it on this And If I had a dime for every tired broken lie that's left these lips, I wouldn't need to reminisce of simpler times and unchanged lives Yesterdays have past, the future's certain for collapse so take your present and make it last Some things just come easy and some things are hard to see You can't live a life without meaning if you take the time to feel your heart playing its beat And Some things just come easy and some things are hard to see You won't live a life without meaning if you take the time to feel the earth beneath your feet
